Is it clear to yourself how your service is better than the competition? I think that should be the real starting point here.

I know. Sometimes it seems crazy. As an entrepreneur who is already spending more than what I have coming in I don't know how they expect us super high prices. It makes it so difficult to compete

as someone who provides web development agencies to startups, I maybe have some insight: web development is very time consuming and difficult. It is also a crucial element in today's world, which means that there is lots of competition and lots of demand. So in the end it becomes expensive. But it's worth it.
If you do not have the money for a web developer, you can also think about making them a co-founder, or offering them equity instead.
