هل تعتقدوا ان لازم يكون في امور سرية في الشركة و ما يصير مشاركتها مع كل الموظفين؟

  1. لا اعتقد هذا الشي ضروري يجب على كل موظفين ان يكونوا جزء من الشركة و خطتها والشفافية مع الجميع جزء مهم

  2. بعض الشركات تضطر الى السرية في الكثير من الامور مثل شركات الامن و شركات الطاقة و الابحاث

  3. ممكن حسب الترتيب الوظيفي يعني يلي بكون بترتيب وظيفي اقل لا يهمه ان يعلم كل خطط الشركة فقط الامور المتعلقة بعمله
