احب ان اشارك خبرتي في مجال تاسيس الشركات العالمية من ناحية تقديم دراسة ابحاث السوق العالمي من - تحليل المنتج في الاسواق المستهدفه من ناحية متطلبات السوق - وماهي المواصفات القياسيه المتعلقه بكل دوله - وايضا ماهي الاتفاقيات التجاريه بين دول العالم وذلك يفيد في تخفيض المستندات وايضا سهوله مرور البضاعه والمنتجات عبر الحدود - وماهي التعريفه الجمركية التي تفرضها كل دوله طبقا لنقطة التجارة العالميه incoterms . ايضا طرق الدفع المتعلقه بالواردات والصادرات لحماية المشتري وايضا حفظ حق البائع عن طريق lc h, tt ,وخلافه ايضا طرق الشحن البحريه والجويه عبراكبر منصات على مستوى العالم مثل : safmarin : Mersec . VEDEX ARAMEX SEMSA . DHL ايضا انواع الحاويات الخاصة بالشحنات .

iam working on a project to support local entrepreneurs to communicate with entrepreneurs from other countries. But I have a problem in how this project raise money ?

  1. Hi Abdallah. It seems to be a platform business. A platform for connecting local entrepreneurs to communicate with those from other countries. To raise money, you will have to demonstrate if you can charge a fee for using your platform. you may have to start creating a website where entrepreneurs register themselves and later monetize it by having referrals to other products at first and charging for membership to your platform. Very often, funds come only from friends and family (angel investors) who believe in you without any proof. To raise money from outside, you have to demonstrate economic value and show growth numbers at least for a year.

انا لدي موقع خاص بالشركة و لكن اريد بناء موقع اخر خاص بمنتج جديد ما الخطوات و البيانات لعمل الموقع.

  1. يمكن انشاء الموقع بنفسك و لكن يجب ان تكون ملم بلغة البرمجه المناسبة او انك من الممكن الاتصال باحد المبرمجين لمساعدتك و خاصتا اذا كان الامر متعلق بمنتج جديد

  1. نحن مش مضطرين للمواجهه يعني من الممكن البدء باعمال جديدة او ادخال تحسينات لتساعد على البقاء بين المتنافسين

  2. طبعا المنافسة البناءة مهمه و تحفز الشخص على التطوير ليواكب متطلبات السوق

  3. صحيح مثل ادخال بضائع جديدة و تسويقها بشكل مناسب و تحسين الموقع الالكتروني بشكل مستمر
