Ya, is it good to have more than one mentor? Like a business mentor and a personal one? I am thinking about offering this to the kids in my organization but not sure it's a good idea.

I currently work with one mentor who is helping me to work in the local communities where they utilize my services. He is part of that community and provides inside knowledge. he is also a local businessman. I don't know if I would want two coaches but maybe someone to help me develop the more technical or management related aspects of my business would be nice. What I mean is I would make sure they help you in different ways and don't overlap. That might make your life more complicated and that's not the point.

Relationships with the media take time, you have to figure out who are the right people in the media to contact, and then approach them only when you have something really interesting for them. Do not just approach them with random info. Also it helps if you give them exclusive info, something only they can publish. Hope that helps :)
