About me

Over the years I have played senior leadership roles in the build and run of Centers of Excellence. In addition, I have built, grown and managed Service Delivery Organizations of different sizes from start-ups to large centers collaborating with vendor teams, in-house teams and alliance partners. I have played the role of a Mentor in the design and operations of corporate accelerators.

I can be of value in the following areas: IT strategy planning, implementation, Delivery Services and Business Operations.

Coaching offering

Goal Setting: As a coach, I have worked from the outset of goal setting during the initial sessions through to exploring where my team member is now in relation to his / her start-up goals. I would be glad to offer my services in the areas related to: a) Mentor and liaison in the design and operations of corporate accelerators to innovation labs for technology startups b) Building on IT Delivery Services capability setup, c) Setting up of Centers of Excellence d) Means to control IT maintenance costs and increase overall operational efficiency
