Become a coach

‪Ye!‬ provides a platform that matches young entrepreneurs to experienced professionals for coaching. As a ‪Ye!‬ coach, you will support a young entrepreneur in making his or her startup grow, by sharing your knowledge and experience, and guiding them in finding solutions to their challenges.

How does it work?

1. Registration – Create an account – it only takes a minute!
2. Complete your coach profile – Once your registration is approved by ‪Ye!‬, you can complete your profile by sharing more information about yourself and your expertise
3. Contact & Match – When you're profile is complete members can contact you when they need your help. Alternatively, you can ask ‪Ye!‬ to filter the coaching requests and recommend suitable coachees
4. Coaching – Once contact has been established with an entrepreneur for coaching, you can have a first (online) meeting to get to know each other, discuss mutual expectations, and discuss the practicalities (when, how, and how frequent to connect). Then coaching begins!

Coach Profile

An ideal coach has

• At least 5 years of experience in one of the following fields: entrepreneurship, banking and investments, consulting, legal, marketing, accounting, ICT
• Sharp strategic mind
• Strong interpersonal skills
• At least 2 hours per month to spare on coaching activities
• Passion for improving well-being globally through developing sustainable businesses

You can help the entrepreneurs by (list is not exhaustive):

• Guiding them in solving a concrete challenge
• Challenging and co-developing the entrepreneur’s business model and growth strategy
• Supporting the entrepreneur’s personal development
• Connecting the entrepreneur to relevant people in your network
